Nobody likes a plagiarist, but let's put away the torches.

Loathe and detest the common thief – especially a plagiarist.

This week, David Airey, prominent graphic designer and blogger was notified by his client, Miskeeto that another designer, Matt Earnshaw had featured David’s very visible logo design and process work in his own online portfolio. Presumably, having everyone assume it was his own work. In addition, after looking at the site’s design, it became apparent that another well-known web designer, Jon Hicks had his personal website design ‘borrowed’ in the process.

This past week I was able to visit the LeMay Automotive Museum in Tacoma, Washington during my family vacation. It is home to the world’s largest individual collection of cars in the U.S. and was started way back in 1946 by Harold LeMay, an entrepreneur and business man.

For those of us that are into things automotive and automotive-related, it is an interesting and quirky collection of more than 3,500 cars and memorabilia.
